Training Programs

We have a responsibility to educate and inspire our athletes. In an effort to provide our players with a positive experience, we have developed a series of programs to properly introduce, develop, enhance, and challenge our athletes throughout the year. A complete lacrosse training program must balance the tenacity of one of the most demanding team sports. Lacrosse depends upon the physical and performance qualities of most other sports combined.
A great program must include a focus on strength and agility but also emphasize on navigating game situations while always reading the defense. Lacrosse players must be swift to be successful on the field. The athletes must also maintain speed, handle the stick, and execute sudden maneuvers or stops.

Our training program is designed to for both experienced & new lacrosse players.
We have fun learning but at the same time improve lacrosse skills.

  • Offensive Training

The current youth lacrosse development model rushes to identify the best players at early ages, and leaves potential players behind with limited opportunity to play. The LADM aim is to keep more players engaged with the sport longer, allowing the best players to emerge as they reach physical maturity.

The lacrosse athlete development model (LADM) is a framework using the six core values that bring out the full athletic potential in every player. When these values are embraced, players learn the sport better, love it more, and play it longer. The LADM keeps more players engaged in the sport longer and allows the best players to emerge as they reach physical maturity.
