Program Description

During the Spring, TSYLC participants will compete in our local competitive league hosted by the SDYLA (San Diego Youth Lacrosse Association)
and will play 10-15 games in the Spring time from February to May.

Season

Pre-registration opens for the Spring 2024 Tierrasanta Trojans Lacrosse Club in Nov – Jan!

Below is information about the teams, schedules, and registering your athlete.

We will be continuing our membership with SDYLA (San Diego Youth Lacrosse Association)

Spring SDYLA League Plans

  • League Dates: Will return to its normal 12-week (home & away) format
    • more updates will be posted as the season nears
  • Playoffs will consist of top 8 teams in 7/8 AA, 7/8 A, 7/8 B, 5/6 AA, 5/6 A, 5/6 B & 3/4. #1-4 & #5-8 will play in two rounds.

Dates: Starting Jan 31st
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Tues & Thurs –
Field Workouts/Strength & Conditioning

  • Field Workouts will require gloves, sticks & cleats

Wednesdays – Wall Ball

  • Wall Ball will require Gloves, Sticks

REQUIRE Personal towel & Personal bottle of Water.

Practice Times

Times: 4:15pm 5:30pm

  • Tues & Thurs – (4:15pm – 5:30pm)
  • Wednesdays – (4:15pm – 5:30pm)
